About Yevnuch
Yevnuch is an independent studio focused on reliability engineering and operational design. We started in 2023 after years of watching product teams adopt more tools without adopting clearer ownership.
The name is intentional noise—easy to remember, hard to confuse with another “Opsly” or “Reliabuild”. The work is quieter: process, platform boundaries, and habits that survive headcount changes.
Principles
- Prefer fewer signals with owners over impressive empty dashboards.
- Write things down so the next on-call does not re-learn the outage.
- Decline bad fits instead of stretching a sprint into a pretend transformation.
How we work
Remote-first across European time zones. Engagements are fixed-scope. We work with engineering managers, staff engineers, and platform leads— not as a substitute for hiring those roles.
What we don’t sell
We don’t sell a hosted product, a monitoring agent, or a white-label VPN. This website is our studio presence and public notes. There is no customer login on yevnuch.com.
